The 16,265 SF flex industrial asset is located on 2.68 acres and was built in 2001 with renovations in 2013. The complex was located on the West side of Hwy 49 S just off of Old Hwy 49.
Pinpoint’s Sam Cox represented the Seller, Walker Circle Properties. Las-Vegas based Ahern Rentals purchased the asset.
