- When we look at acquisitions of products, we do not consider price only. We take the cost of ownership into consideration. The ongoing cost to maintain a lesser product can end up costing more over the life of the product not to mention the disruption it may cause to the tenants. We want to make sure our clients receive the best value and return on their investments.
