Pinpoint Commercial Real Estate announced today that it has recently closed on an exciting income producing asset in Brandon, Mississippi. The property, located at 255 MarLyn Drive, is currently under renovation to be the first Tesla dealership in Mississippi. The site consists of 3.52 acres and a 24,284 square foot building that is leased to Tesla, Inc. on a long-term lease. This investment property was the ideal fit for a high-net-worth individual participating in a 1031 exchange to reinvest the proceeds from sale of another asset.
