Pinpoint Commercial Real Estate is excited to announce that dirt work began last week on the second commercial building at the Village at Madison development in Madison, Mississippi. The latest building in the development, Building D, is a 12,000 square foot multi-tenant building which will feature retail, restaurant, and office space. Building D is expected to be complete in Q1 of 2024. The City Council approved renderings for building D last year.
The Village at Madison is a project of Main Street Investors which is comprised of partners Dr. Michael Manning of Ridgeland, Lee Stafford of West Point, and Mark Castleberry of Starkville.
We have some great retailers committed to this building and working with additional to fill remaining space. We are excited to bring another successful property to the Village at Madison.
