The Village at Madison – Construction Planned for Speculative Retail/Office Buildings

Pinpoint Commercial Real Estate is excited to announce pre-leasing for two speculative buildings at The Village at Madison. The Madison City Council recently approved the plans for both buildings, which will feature retail, restaurant, and office space. Construction is slated to begin this summer on what will be the second and third buildings in the development.

A first look at the renderings and building plans has just been released by the developers, Main Street Investors. Building D will boast 12,000 rentable square footage (RSF) in total. Spaces available for pre-leasing in this multi-tenant building range from 1,500 – 4,900 RSF. Building G will offer 2,400 RSF.

Main Street Investors is comprised of partners Dr. Michael Manning of Ridgeland, Lee Stafford of West Point, and Mark Castleberry of Starkville. Mark Castleberry is a well-respected commercial developer with 30 years of experience. He has overseen countless successful projects across Mississippi including The Mill at MSU in Starkville, Mississippi.
